Activation (Recharging): The PCM packs or CoolOver are “recharged” by placing them in a freezer, refrigerator, ice water or in a ambient temperature <3°C than the PCM temperature until they become fully solid.
Insertion: Once solid, the lightweight PCM packs, which are 20% lighter than water, are inserted into the pockets of the specially designed cooling vests. Alternatively, after activation the PCM CoolOver can be worn directly for immediate use.
