Outside Europe we only ship with DHL for the the best & quickest delivery. Within the EU countries, you can choose a DHL Express shipment or DPD for a regular shipment.
Customs Duty and Tax for orders outside of the EU
Due to the complex and individual tax and customs laws in all countries, we can not estimate any tax or customs duty on orders outside of the European Union. For orders outside of the EU, we do not charge tax or duties on your order. The receiver/importer is responsible for any duties and tax on import. We can not be held responsible for tax and duties on import to a country outside of the EU. In addition, if your shipment is returned to us due to non payment of customs duty and/or tax, any charges related to tax and/or duty will be ducted from the refund of your order unless otherwise agreed with ourselves.

Warranty Information

INUTEQ warrants all products to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If an INUTEQ product fails due to defects in craftsmanship or materials, within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product free of charge. Be aware that this warranty is limited to the original purchaser only. Please see our return policy for more information.
