HOW DO I MEASURE MY SIZE?

You can use your regular T-shirt size as a reference to determine your cooling vest size - this is for 99% accurate.

Or:

Breast circumference: Measure your chest circumference where it is largest.
Waist: Measure where the circumference of your waist is narrowest.
