 How do I return an item?

Not quite satisfied with your purchase? No problem! At INUTEQ, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. Read all about the exceptions, conditions and steps to easily return your order below.

Return procedure step by step

• Print and fill out the return form, add it to your package. 
• Deliver the package to your local parcel point or follow the instructions of your chosen courier service. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Refund

• We will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to the originally used payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. This may take up to 30 days for the amount to appear on your bank account or credit card.
• Customs fees, such as import duties and customs clearance fees, will be deducted from the refundable purchase amount.

Want to exchange a product?

It is unfortunately not possible to exchange a product directly. Please return the wrong item according to the procedure above and place a new order through our webshop. This way you will receive the desired product quickly.

Exceptions and conditions 

• You have the right to return purchased items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
• Only undamaged and unused products are eligible for return.
• PCM products may be activated once and tested in our cooling vests.
• For hygienic reasons, evaporative vests that have been activated or filled with water cannot be returned.
• Returns that do not comply with our return policy, we unfortunately cannot process.
