How to return or exchange an item?
Not completely satisfied? You can return your purchase within 14 days. Only unused, unactivated products in their original packaging are eligible for a replacement or credit.
Please use a sturdy box, clearly marked “Return Goods” on the box and any customs document. We cannot accept shipments that are not marked as returns.
- Print the return form and fill it out completely.
- Below is the shipping address to which the package should be sent, at your own expense.
- Drop the package off at your local parcel service. Follow the instructions of your chosen courier service.
- If your return qualifies for an exchange or refund, we will arrange this within 5 business days. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your credit card balance.
Generally, we refund your purchase within 5 business days.
Please note it can take up to 30 days before you recieve a refund on your bank account or creditcard.

Return Policy
Please note the following exemptions on our return policy:
- We can refund and accept returns only if they are marked as return goods.
- Exchanges and refunds will be made within 5 days under normal circumstances, provided the item has not been used.
- Modified, damaged or dirty items cannot be refunded.
- You are allowed to activate PCM inserts and wear them in the vest for fitting.
- For hygiene reasons, you cannot return evaporative vests once they have been filled or activated.
- We will refund the full purchase price for your purchase excluding shipping costs.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
