How to return or exchange an item?
Not completely satisfied? You can return your purchase within 14 days.
We can send you a free return label on request when returning item(s) worth €/$150 or more.
- Use a sturdy box, clearly marked as ‘Returning Goods’ on the Customs document and box. We can not accept shipments which are not marked as Returning Goods.
- Include a short note to tell us the reason for your return. Don't forget to mention your order or invoice number.
- Print out the return label or your own label. You can find the shipping address below.
- Drop the parcel at your local courier service point when using our return label. When using your own label, follow the instructions of your chosen courier service.
- We’ll refund your purchase and shipping costs within 5 business days after receiving your return shipment. It may take upto 30 days for the refund to show on your credit card or PayPal balance.
- The costs for return shipments worth less than €/$150 can not be refunded.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- You have the right to exchange or receive a full refund on the items you have purchased within 14 days of delivery.
- We can only refund and accept return shipments when they’re marked as Returning Goods.
- Exchanges and refunds are issued within 5 days providing that the product has not been used except for fitting purposes.
- Modified, damaged or dirty items can not be refunded.
- You are allowed to activate PCM inserts and wear them in the vest for fitting.
- For reasons of hygiene you can't return evaporation vests once they have been filled or soaked.
- We'll refund the full purchase price and shipping costs for your purchase, based on the cheapest shipping option.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We can offer free return labels on request when returning item(s) worth €/$150 or more.
How can I exchange an item?
